how can i get an item that is not currently available?
just use the order form link at the top of the page. submit the name of the item you would like and we will be in touch to confirm the details and invoice you. your order will process upon completion of payment and will ship within 3-4 business days
how do i get an order for custom colors?
submit the order form with all of the requested information. we will reach out to confirm the details of your request and invoice you for the items. once payment is received, your order will process and will be shipped within 3-4 business days after payment.
what is the commission process?
once you submit a commission request form, i will reach out for further detail within 1-2 business days. i will get the general idea of what you are looking for [ i may need reference pictures, etc. ] and then i require a contract & deposit before i begin. you will be able to view the commissioned piece a few times prior to completion. once it's done, you will complete the payment and your new baby will be shipped to you! please note, if i feel something is outside of my scope, i will let you know.
how long until i get my items?
generally, large commission pieces take 2- 6 weeks to complete. if there is anything that comes up to delay or expedite this time frame, we can discuss it more via the commission form. as for 'shop now' items, those are shipped within 1-3 business days.

what materials do you use?
the mediums i work with are resin, acrylic paint, water color paint, and alcohol ink. i use high quality fire glass and glass stones for my larger works. I also use genuine swarovski crystals, austrian crystals, genuine quartz and other fine stones.
how can i keep my art clean?
you can clean the resin with a microfiber cloth and glass cleaner. to dust, use a feather duster. for coasters, you can clean them with a damp cloth.
how do i hang my art?
please make sure your heavy pieces are hung by a professional. some pieces will need to be mounted. you also want to make sure you do not hang them in direct sunlight or you run the risk of your resin yellowing over time due to UV exposure.
